Packaging
Review 1: Satisfied Good colorful packaging. Seems a little bulky on the back, but probably
necessary for shipping etc
Review 2: Very Satisfied Packaged well!
Review 3: Satisfied The packaging is fun and eye catching, but is clamshell plastic. It is noted
that the packaging is recycled, but still wasteful. It’s got a great 4 color paperboard liner that
inspires the customer.
Review 4: Satisfied Packaging easy to hang, shows the product well.
Instructions
Review 1: No instructions needed
Review 2: Yes
Review 3: The instructions are clear, not for babies, small parts are capable, cannot sterilize.
Most new moms would worry about all of those things.
Review 4: Yes, Clear and simple
Product Design
Review 1: Very Satisfied The designs are well done. The sample received is for older children.
Very good for touch stimulation for kids.
Review 2: Very Satisfied I just brought these in and am very excited about them.
Review 3: Neutral The product design is very cute. These utensils are more for the gift-giver
and the child as a toy. As a parent who has had there products in their home, this is color-pop
for the retail store, impulse purchase for friends or grandma.
Review 4: Satisfied Cute figures, kid friendly shapes.
Product Utility
Review 1: Satisfied The items are useful for what they are intended. The pusher is the least
used of the items.
Review 2: Satisfied
Review 3: Neutral These utensils are not a useful tools for the toddler. The texture on the
handle keeps the kid from learning how to properly hold a utensil. It’s a toy not a tool.
Review 4: Satisfied Product is useful and fun for kids.
Pricing
Review 1: Satisfied Reasonable price
Review 2: Very Satisfied None
Review 3: Very Satisfied I love the price point as a quick gift. This a 20 dollar add-on that no
one was planning on buying, but in Q4, they’ll be fun gifts to give.
Review 4: Neutral Seems a bit high for children’s utensils.

Review 3: I really feel this product is fun to look at, but when it comes to its function it fails the
kid in the long run.
