Packaging:
Review 1: Very Satisfied
The exterior of the box has photos of the products inside the box, information about the set and
a description of the 10 piece cookware set. Inside the box the packaging was not excessive, and
I liked that they used cardboard and very little plastic for securing the pots, pans and lids.

Easy to read
Review 3: Very Satisfied
The packaging was amazing inside the box. Every item fit perfectly and was wrapped carefully
with bags and cardboard. I really appreciated no styrofoam! All of the components of the
packaging can be recycled.

good information about product
Instructions:
Review 1: Yes. The instructions were on the box, inside the side panels of the box, in several sheets and
pamphlets included inside the box, and there was even a QR Link for access to additional
information about their non-stick coating.
Review 2: Yes
Review 3: These weren’t great. It appeared to be generalized instructions for lots of different pans not just
this one?
Review 4: Yes.
Product Design:
Review 1: Very Satisfied
Beautiful design on these pots and pans. The light brushed copper color, stay cool handles and
glass lids give them an amazing look. I appreciated the smooth rivets inside the pans and pots
that made clean up easier. Also as an induction cooktop owner, I appreciated the design
incorporating the induction compatible bottom. There isn’t really anything I didn’t like about the
design. Even the handles feel good in the hand and are easy to hold when the pan is heavy and
carrying.
Review 2: Very Satisfied
Very industrial looking not like everything else on the market
Review 3: Very Satisfied
This is a very nice looking cookware set. The color is nice and neutral and doesn’t show water
spots etc.
Review 4: Very Satisfied
I am not sure that the nonstick on the outside of the pan is necessary, but it is nice.
Product Utility:
Review 1: Very Satisfied
Utility wise, this products is a winner with the dishwasher ability. They do wipe clean easily with
warm soapy water, but the fact that can go in the dishwasher is great. I’m also a little amazed by
the way it was designed to have your oil or butter pool in the middle of the pan. Not sure how it
does it, but its a nice feature that I didn’t know existed. I had my kids use the smaller frying pan
to make eggs and they were all wide-eyed at how easy the eggs flipped and not a speck of food
stuck to the bottom of the pan.

Review 3: Very Satisfied
Comfortable to hold the handle and use. We did notice when the heat was a little high, food
stuck a bit, so caution users to use on low/medium heat. Worked great for omelets! The pieces
included in the set are all nice sized for the average user.

Pricing:
Review 1: Satisfied
I think this is really a fair price for the quality of these pots and pans. I’m curious the cost
savings of buying the pans in a set vs. individually, as some of these sizes aren’t needed or used for my cooking style and size of family. The 1.5 Quart Sauce Pan was darling, but I would not
choose to own that size.
Review 2: Very Satisfied
Would have to see how it preforms in the long run to gauge pricing
Review 3: Very Satisfied
Good value for the price for an entry level cookware set.
Review 4: Satisfied
Retail is $399. I do think it will hit a sweet spot with a portion of our clientele.
Would you buy this product as a consumer? :
Review 1: No. I am leery of any non-stick coating that can come off on my food. They do explain
thoroughly on the box as well as the instructions inside that it is FDA Compliant and that it is
food-safe, but there is a list of things you need to ensure do not happen in order for that to
remain true. From not going above Medium Heat, using select utensils, not using cooking sprays
or letting the pan heat up empty . . . with kids cooking in the house, that is a lot of things for
them to remember in order to ensure that the non-stick coating remains safe.

Would you buy this product for your store? :
Review 1: No. The only reason that we would not carry it in the store is that we’re a relatively small town
and I am competing with Amazon, Target, Walmart and Kohl’s that all carry these products and
are able to sell them for cheaper than I can. If they pulled out of online and big box stores, I’d
consider.

Notes:
Review 1: These were really slick and made me take a second look at non-stick.
Our customers are very concerned with non-stick coatings and Anolon seems to have one of the
best non-stick surfaces out there. But, we are just 20 minutes from the Minnesota border where
many Non-Stick pans and kitchenware are now banned. Our news stations are mainly on the MN
side of the border and the press and talk of the danger of non-stick pans has pretty much kept
anyone from looking at purchasing them.
All-in-all I’m very impressed with their design, utility and use . . .but it’s not something our store
will be able to invest in at this time with the current climate for non-stick.
Review 2: Functional non-stick, great handle and easy to clean.
Unfortunately, at this point is still your standard non-stick – somewhere in a tier below Black
Cube.
As I continue to use it , I can have a larger sample of experience to see how it holds up long
term.
